Seit 2012 arbeitet sie als Script-Consultant und Drehbuchlektorin im Art-House-Filmbereich. Gemeinsam mit Theresa Seraphin gr\u00fcndete sie 2016 das Netzwerk der M\u00fcnchner Theatertexter*innen, eine Diskussionsplattform zur Textproduktion im zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Theater. Ihr St\u00fcck W\u00dcSTLING wurde 2017 mit dem M\u00fcnchner Literaturstipendium ausgezeichnet. Als Theaterdramaturgin verantwortet Raphaela Bardutzky gerne Inszenierungen, in welchen sie Dramaturgie und Textarbeit \u00fcbernimmt. So zum Beispiel bei der musikalischen St\u00fcckentwicklung REQUIEM? am Nationaltheater Mannheim im Sommer 2018 (Regie: Clara Hinterberger). Sie geh\u00f6rte au\u00dferdem zum Autor*innen- und Leitungsteam der Theaterserie M\u00dcNCHNER SCHICHTEN, welche 2019 am M\u00fcnchner HochX Theater zu sehen war.
